The Category 7 uses El Dorado, HZH-101, Mosaic hops. It’s more of a traditional IPA and is hazy and golden in colour. It’s full of tropical flavour with notes of Pineapple, Stone Fruit and Lime.

Pair it with curry, grilled meats, sharp cheese and storm chips
