A few things to know
before planning your event.
When should we book our holiday party?
As early as you can: November and December dates go first. Send your preferred date and a backup, and our team will confirm availability and a quote before anything is booked.
Can we do speeches, awards or live music?
Yes. The MouseTrap is a private room with a stage, mic, sound system and projector. Tell us what you have planned when you send your request.
How many people can you fit?
The Mezzanine fits up to 25, The MouseTrap up to 58 and The Taproom up to 60. For a bigger company, ask about the whole place. The right fit depends on your layout and whether guests are seated or standing.
How much does it cost?
There’s no room rental fee. Each space has a minimum spend, and everything your group orders counts towards it: food, drinks, merch and beer to take home. Reach it and the room is yours at no extra cost. Tell us your date and group size and we’ll send the minimum for your event.
What if we don’t reach the minimum?
You won’t pay for nothing. If your group comes in under, you can make up the difference in beer or merch to take home.
Can we eat, too?
Absolutely. There’s a full food menu, with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Share dietary requirements when you plan your event so we can work through the details.
What if some of us don’t drink beer?
We serve cocktails, wine, cider and non-alcoholic options too. There’s something for the whole group.
Which spaces are accessible?
The main-floor Taproom and GastroTurf beer garden are accessible. The Mezzanine and MouseTrap require stairs. Tell us about your access needs so we can help you choose a suitable space.
Does choosing a date reserve it?
No. Our team needs to confirm availability and the event details first. Your booking is only final once the agreed deposit and confirmation are complete.
